Whole Woman seeks to support women through all stages and phases of this life experience.
The phases (broadly)…
Pre-Menarche-Menarche
This period from birth to Menarche is a magical time of growth, curiosity, and building that create values and understandings that we carry throughout our lives.
Maternity
This can be an aspect of the menstruating years, where the woman gives through birth and postpartum processes. The nurturance and support needed through this cycle (especially postpartum) is vital and comes with greater ease when there is community that understands the health and emotional needs of the mother.
Post-Menarche - Menstruating Season
This time follows Menarche, and really continues until menopause. There are many titles and iterations of this cycle of life. This is a fertile time of life where we are building, creating and growing in deeper understanding of ourselves, our gifts, and our relation to the world.
Peri-menopause - Menopause
This is the wisdom time of the feminine. In certain mayan traditions this is the time of the healer. The woman has gone through all the cycles and now has the wisdom and freedom to share her light and gifts with the world. There are many changes happening on a physical level and compassionate and understanding community is again, vital.
The Vision
Every woman (and human) is divinely unique. Each cycle brings about relevant questions, needs and desires for support to move through and understand our value and position within the evolution of the planet. Rites of Passage, supportive conversation & guidance, and information to provide insight as we grow through these life cycles - are an incredible and invaluable resource.
It’s my vision to promote this connection of women from all walks of life, and provide a safe space of growth and transformation within a powerful, healing, inspired, and joy-filled community.
